Please note that no dispute, refund, or exchange claim will be accepted after 7 days of order delivery, in accordance with our 7-day refund/exchange policy.

3. Payment Terms

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, as well as online card payments through secure channels (Visa, MasterCard, and other supported debit/credit cards).
  • All payment details entered at checkout are submitted directly to our payment provider via a secure, encrypted system.
  • Timely Trend does not store or access your full card details at any point.

4. Replacement & Return Conditions

4.1) Replacement or return requests must be raised within 7 days of order delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

4.2) The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with the box, straps/links, and any accessories or tags intact.

4.3) Replacements apply only to: manufacturing defects, an incorrect item delivered, or items damaged in transit. Please share clear photos/video of the issue when raising a request so our team can verify it quickly.

4.4) Change-of-mind returns (e.g., you no longer want the item, wrong size/style chosen at checkout) are not eligible for a refund, but may be considered for exchange at Timely Trend's discretion.

4.5) Once a replacement/return request is approved, our team will arrange pickup or provide return instructions. Refunds or replacements are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
